BWTC series Ready-Made Insulated Beaded Wire Thermocouples are an ideal low cost solution for simple temperature measuring applications. Special limits of error accuracy thermocouple wire is cut to the required length and the conductors are TIG welded to form a measuring junction. Wire insulation is FEP with FEP outer jacket.
Ideal for, but not limited to, Air or Surface temperature measurements. As an option, we can install a Mini Connector on the adjacent wire lead termination end.
The standard thermocouple wire supplied when this product is purchased online is 24 AWG stranded. Other gauges, such as 20 AWG and 30 AWG, as well as solid core wire, are available upon request. Please contact us prior to purchase if you require a wire type other than 24 AWG stranded.
