The BWTC series of Ready-Made Insulated Beaded Wire Thermocouples are an ideal low cost solution for simple temperature measuring applications. Special limits of error accuracy thermocouple wire is cut to the required length and the conductors are welded to form a measuring junction. Wire insulation is Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (or FEP) with FEP outer jacket.We also offer PFA insulated wire, kapton insulated wire, or fiberglass insulated wire. Wire conductors can be either solid or stranded.
