SSP-TC series Stick-On Self-Adhesive Thermocouples are an ideal solution for surface temperature measuring applications.  Special limits of error accuracy thermocouple wire is cut to the required length and the conductors are TIG welded to form a measuring junction.

Tape material is Kapton (TM) Polyimide with a fiberglass mesh backing.  Tape Patch O.D. is 2.0 inch (50.8 mm).

The self-adhering Kapton (TM) Polyimide tape patch will stick to clean, dry, smooth surfaces. For best results surface may need to be prepared beforehand by burnishing smooth. Kapton (TM) Polyimide tape patch can also be cemented to surface using an air set type Epoxy cement.

Ideal for, but not limited to, Surface temperature measurements of metal or glass surfaces.  As an option, we can install a Mini Connector on the adjacent wire lead termination end.
